Maritime Christmas
Ho Ho
Isn't it a great day. A little snow to give everyone the feeling of Christmas and warm enough that we can get out and be comfortable.
Have you sent your Santa letter yet? Don't laugh, it works.
I asked Santa for the company of a tall beautiful blue eyed blond and believe it or not I'm getting my wish.
My girlfriend has a busy job and for awhile I thought we would be spending Christmas on the phone. Not my idea of fun.
The conversation I had with Santa while driving in the beater truck worked, same night the phone rang and my wish came true, never stop believing.
Talking about believing!
I have been lucky enough to have stood in for Santa at the mall downtown and the joy and amazement on the faces of the children was something to experience. I am lucky to know many of the children and their families in our community. when I would call them by name and ask about other members of the family it would blow them away. My nephew Dana was one of them and only learned this year that it was me"So that's how that Santa knew so much about me. I always wondered" said Dana. Perhaps I should have kept it a secret?
I hope you have a great holiday and that all your dreams come true. As my friend once said, heres to peaceful places and laughter.
Hugs to all
Kier
