In The Gallery
June 14th and the summer is just beginning. Victoria Roe has once again become a pedestrian mall. Tables and decorative umbrellas bring life to the sidewalk in front of Brennan's Pub and Eatery.
I sit in the Kier Gallery above the pub and watch the comings and goings.
It's as if a light switch were turned on and a current of people begins to flow for another season.
I love this time of year myself, we have a huge garden at Beater One.
Beater One is an artists retreat in Stratford P.E.I.
I will put up a few shots of the garden and the resident artists so you can get an idea of who we are.
In the gallery
The grade twelve students from Colonel Grey created a showcase of art in the gallery from the 2,8 of June. We will be putting the show on the Kier Gallery site in the near future.
Red In The Morning is beginning on June 17th and will feature the works of Christine Smith. Christine has assured me " This is going to be the show of the year!"
Belly dancing will be offered in the gallery starting July 13th.
P. John Burden and myself will be presenting our work in the Kier Gallery starting July 6th.
More to follow
