July 1st Weekend
Canada Day 2006
The great white north celebrates another birthday.
The party filled the streets of Charlottetown, music could be heard on every corner and in every bar and restaurant.
The boys from the Tragically Hip were at Brennan's on Saturday night. Great musicians, great guys. Mars Hill was on stage and gave the audience a super performance.
I am personally recovering from the event, operating on 3-4 hours of sleep per night with the usual infusion of alcohol to keep me going followed by coffee, coffee, coffee.
Did I have fun?
You bet.
