In The Heat Of The Night
Johnnies Mayfair located on the corner of Kent and Prince streets was consumed by fire early this morning.
Johnnies was one of the original buildings in our community and as Johnny it will be missed.
Rumors and speculation abound as to the cause of the fire. We all have a theory and what we don't know we will make up. Alien forces, a grow op, meth lab, Taliban, George Bush, who knows?
Tomorrow morning at Beanz it will be all the talk. I'll keep you informed of any and all results.

Gala Event Confederation Centre Of The Arts Charlottetown
Last Saturday evening I together with friends from The Friends Of The Confederation Centre Of The Arts volunteer organization attended a gala fundraising event .
Presented on the main stage of The Confederation Centre Of The Arts, guests were treated to a meal fit for King and Queen.
I was myself a volunteer but as luck would have it several of the guests were unable to attend
leaving the spoils to the deserving volunteers.
My thanks to Ole and Karen you would have enjoyed it, we did .
